The job of a Marketing Specialist is a unique opportunity for those who enjoy building relationships and collaborating with teams.
This role requires the ability to manage marketing partnerships, support B2B lead generation campaigns, and drive social media initiatives.
A successful candidate will have experience in managing industry partnerships, executing events, and tracking campaign performance metrics. They should also be familiar with digital tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities include:
Marketing Partnership Management- Own and manage relationships with relevant industry partners and associations.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives including webinars, content syndication and speaking opportunities at key industry events.
- Plan, coordinate and execute Riskonnect's participation at industry events and conferences across EMEA.
- Manage event logistics, booth planning, promotional materials and post-event follow-up.
- Support the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Track, report and optimise campaign performance metrics in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
- Coordinate with the social media team to plan and schedule content for Riskonnect's social media channels aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in adapting global content for regional relevance.
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS space.
- Experience managing or supporting industry partnerships and events.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident communicator.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or interest in the risk management, business continuity or GRC sectors.
- Experience working in a global or multi-region marketing team.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
