Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the efficient operation, maintenance and development of all services within the nominated industrial assets.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient building operations through cost-effective management of industrial assets
  • Manage facilities management services including tenant liaison and contractor management
  • Develop key stakeholder engagement by providing effective communications to tenants, stakeholders and clients
  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting and financial reporting
  • Work collaboratively with a facilities management team to deliver exceptional results

About You:

  • Proven facilities management experience in industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, sustainability and fire and mechanical services
  • Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial settings
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Effective budget management and financial reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
