Maintenance Operations Executive

This role will oversee the execution of preventative maintenance work to ensure compliance with industry standards, optimal costs, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure preventative maintenance work is compliant to industry standards while optimising costs and customer service.
  • Verify all work is safe and compliant to legislative standards.
  • Respond effectively to customer equipment breakdowns & complaints.
  • Provide necessary resources for projects and monitor accountability to project plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor asset tracking and storage, ensuring availability and management of spare parts.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with contractors and other labour providers to ensure labour availability during peak times and relief.
  • Guarantee employees and contractors are trained and equipped (including PPE) to carry out assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Working Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory codes.
  • Five years' experience in industrial gas maintenance or relevant roles.
  • Relevant mechanical, electrical or instrumentation trade qualification OR bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar work order and asset management systems.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously.
