Industrial Asset Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced industrial asset manager to oversee the management of our industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and deliver asset management strategies to maximise property income and returns across a portfolio of industrial assets.
  2. Drive leasing strategy and negotiations.
  3. Appoint and manage external leasing agents.
  4. Monitor and supervise external Property Managers and Facility Managers.
  5. Prepare and oversee income, expenditure and capital budgets.
Reporting and Analysis:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking strategic assessment of the assets and their competitors to understand their positioning in the market. This will involve preparing memorandums and business cases for fund managers, investment committees and boards on various proposals such as leasing and capital expenditure.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Finance, Law or a related discipline. You should also have at least 5-8 years of experience working in an asset management or property management capacity, with at least 4 years working as an asset manager. Industrial asset experience is essential.
