Real Estate Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Investment Management team as a Real Estate Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of industrial assets within Sydney, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Optimization: Drive asset net profit by maximising revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget.
  • Lease Administration: Manage lease set up, rent reviews, and critical dates with accuracy.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure contractors and service providers complete tasks satisfactorily and manage timely payment of invoices.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and drive programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.

About You

  • Experience: Solid understanding and work experience in real estate operations, preferably within an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge: Good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and occupational health and safety.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Attributes: Ability to maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
