Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic customer engagement plans to boost tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive leasing negotiations to maximize occupancy and income generation across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of strategies.
  • Represent Fund owners, managing communications, reporting, and budget/leasing proposal approvals.
  • Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets, provide financial analysis and support for acquisitions and developments.
  • Cultivate market trends and sustainability opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in asset management, investment, or a related field within real estate or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leasing, CAPEX budgeting, and optimizing asset performance.
