Facilities Management Professional

This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for delivering facilities management solutions across a range of industrial assets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with site management and landlords to ensure timely completion of upgrades.
  • Monitor project finances to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
  • Evaluate and implement compliance with local regulations and building codes.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management function.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification in facilities management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in facilities management of industrial assets.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of facilities management processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
