As a key account manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of top-tier clients across Australia.

You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our products and drive engagement and adoption throughout the client life cycle and renewal process.

The role involves managing the largest wallet share and growth potential among our clients.

You will establish trusted relationships with each client and continuously add value through our products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client satisfaction, retention, and expansion to grow revenue
  • Improving client engagement and product adoption
  • Fostering enthusiastic and passionate clients

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization
  • 4-7 years of experience in client servicing or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with account management responsibilities such as retention of clients, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Proven track record of fulfilling and exceeding sales targets
