Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client contracts and commercial agreements
  • Develop and implement service management strategies to drive operational excellence
  • Lead virtual teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage financial aspects of client engagements
  • Provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Report on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT managed services or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of service management methodologies, including ITIL
  • Good grasp of technical concepts and frameworks
  • Project management experience or exposure is highly desirable
