Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist

Overview:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in the financial markets industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage client expectations and needs
- Oversee project management and mailing activities, including AGM coordination
- Ensure all registry tasks achieve desired outcomes for both Link and its clients
- Develop long-term relationships based on knowledge, trust, and added value
- Negotiate commercial terms that reflect risks and costs while delivering optimal service to the client
- Achieve new business revenue, tracking progress against targets following company reporting standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a relationship management or client-facing role within the financial markets industry
- Excellent track record of building and maintaining productive relationships, generating cross-selling and new sales opportunities
- Successful management of clients across diverse industries
- Demonstrated experience in managing challenging discussions or situations and turning them into positive outcomes
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
