Job Title: Senior Venue Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior venue manager to lead our Coogee Beach business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue, including operations, finance, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also have a strong focus on quality, with the ability to drive results and implement policies and procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience

Requirements:

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday
