We're looking for a Senior Venue Manager who leads from the front, is hands-on, and knows how to run a large-scale venue with discipline, energy, and a guest-first mindset.

  • Manage profit and loss, labor, COGS, forecasting, and drive venue profitability.">
  • Oversee functions, events, large bookings, and major game-day operations.">
  • Lead by example with a hands-on management style, high accountability, and the ability to set the tone from the floor.">
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative beer-led experiences and activations.">
  • Maintain a guest-obsessed mindset with a focus on service consistency and quality.">
  • Ensure compliance with late-night operations, liquor licensing, and entertainment-led trade.">
  • Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams and foster an energetic, results-driven culture.">

  • Skilled in managing key stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with the on-site brewery team.">
  • A guest-obsessed mindset and a sharp eye for service quality and consistency.">
  • Experience with local area marketing, community engagement, and building repeat visitation.">
  • Familiarity with late-night operations, liquor licensing, compliance, and entertainment-led trade.">
