Lead Operations Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our venue. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee opening & closing routines on a daily basis, taking direction from senior management.
  • Assist with Point of Sale, customer entry, taking orders for food and beverages, preparing coffee, and other tasks as required.
  • Direct and train staff members to ensure efficient operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers.
  • Support with cash handling, reconciling bankings, and managing inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or cafe environment.
  • Able to direct and manage staff while also taking direction from senior management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability for weekend, school holiday, and public holiday shifts if required.
