Senior Venue Operations Manager

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the venue's operations as a senior manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and atmosphere of the venue, managing shift operations from setup to close down, and working with the leadership team to promote superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere
- Manage all shift operations, including setup, running, and close down of the venue
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to instill a culture of exceptional customer service
- Prepare and submit day and night shift reports
- Ensure the security and well-being of the venue and its assets
- Implement policies and procedures within the venue
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes and skills:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in venue management or a similar role
- The ability to share knowledge, manage, and motivate others
- Immaculate presentation and excellent service delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A professional, driven, and strong team player
- An individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
