We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Venue Manager to join our team at The Toxteth Hotel. Our ideal candidate has worked in high volume venues and is comfortable managing a multi faceted business where food plays an integral part of the venue's offerings. This role is the 2IC of the venue with the opportunity for growth within our group.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Team management and training
  • Venue compliance
  • Stock control and management
  • Security Management
  • Repairs & Maintenance
  • Policy & Procedure development and compliance
  • Be an integral part of the local community
  • Ensuing the team is delivering excellent customer service
  • POS Management
  • Venue audits and cost control
  • Recruitment and retention of staff
  • Entertainment, Lighting and Atmosphere
  • Continuous improvement in operations and service

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large team
  • Proven experience in managing, motivating and driving a multi faceted business
  • An understanding and appreciation of gaming
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of current liquor legislation
  • Hands on approach with a natural ability to foster beneficial relationships
