Job Opportunity

Folio Software is seeking a skilled professional to implement and train clients on its web-based software, Folio. This role will involve project managing client software implementations, building positive relationships, providing training, and mentoring team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing and delivering client software solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing comprehensive training and support for new and existing clients
  • Mentoring colleagues on industry requirements and best practices
  • Collaborating on the development and improvement of standardised templates and processes for Risk, Incident, and Quality Management
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of Folio and its updates
  • Strong analytical ability to identify solutions in Folio that address clients' needs
  • Knowledge of the Not for Profit sector and its regulatory landscape
  • Proficiency in using software solutions
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
Travel Requirements

The ability to travel when required is essential – most implementations are online, but some may involve interstate travel.
