Check out our website for more about working at Simpro Group *************************************************************************** JobThe Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods.
You will optimise the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilisation of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our Simpro Group suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.This is a fully remote role offering a competitive base salary and a car allowance, designed to support your mobility and work-life balance while enabling you to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Candidates must be based in Adelaide to be considered for this role.What You'll DoTrain traditional customer workflows, enabling customers to adopt our products in their business.Provide data & design services to customers such as creating reports or output documents.Assist senior staff by working collaboratively to provide training or data & design services to new or expansion clients.Tackle moderately challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Develop and maintain product knowledge, including staying up to date with recent product releases.Leverage intermediate business acumen and industry insights to provide effective outcomes for customers.Contribute to customer outreach campaigns and facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning as required.Facilitate training sessions using a variety of online or face-to-face formats.
This may require travel.What You'll BringProven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer trainingExperience delivering software training in both onsite and remote settingsStrong understanding of business process mappingFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel as required for onsite training and implementation supportExperience in the trades, construction, or field service industry is a strong advantageHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsCore values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees:While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
