Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our job order management solution to clients across Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring job management or scheduling solutions, preferably in commercial or public sector environments. You will be responsible for guiding organisations from first consultation to full deployment, shaping how they streamline operations and maximise the impact of FSM technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and rolling out job management solutions, including workflows, reporting tools, and data analytics.
  • Guiding projects from discovery through go-live, including uncovering business processes, shaping solutions, training end-users, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth launch.
  • Communicating technical concepts in plain business terms to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • A degree in ICT (or a related discipline) is required.
  • At least three years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and rolling out job management or scheduling solutions, in either commercial or public sector environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain business terms.

You will succeed in this role if you are a natural listener, able to understand challenges and translate them into effective configurations that deliver real value. You will build trust and confidence with customers and stakeholders as you communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
