Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software implementation lifecycle.

This includes planning, installation, configuration, business process analysis, workflow design, training, testing, and project management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage the complete implementation lifecycle for Yardi software, including scoping, configuration, deployment, training, and support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans; lead weekly status meetings and manage progress reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure project success and long-term client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations in a Project Management or Business Analyst capacity.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager.
  • Proficient in modules such as Residential, Commercial, Banking, Investment Management, with a strong emphasis on accounting workflows.
