Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of our software products for schools.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the implementation process, working closely with schools and associations to understand their unique needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

You will lead project planning with schools or associations, set up initial accounts, and ensure they rapidly experience value and achieve their desired outcome with our platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with schools and associations, managing rollout plans and timelines to ensure they achieve implementation milestones in a timely manner.

You will also deliver training to new schools and associations, engaging, exciting, and equipping them to achieve success. Additionally, you will create and maintain implementation guides, help articles, and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation process for new schools and associations.
  • Collaborate with schools and associations to understand their unique needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead project planning with schools or associations, set up initial accounts, and ensure they rapidly experience value and achieve their desired outcome.
  • Deliver training to new schools and associations, engaging, exciting, and equipping them to achieve success.
  • Create and maintain implementation guides, help articles, and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of our platform.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in implementation, or project management (SaaS preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable, especially experience learning software products.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and communicate effectively.
  • Complex stakeholder management.
  • Initiative, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Experience with startups or working with K-12 schools is desirable.
