Key Role in Operations Management

As a Crewing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our flying program. This involves maintaining compliance with regulatory, company, and industrial requirements for all tech & cabin crew.

The role requires close monitoring of day-to-day operations to ensure that all flights have sufficient crew complement in response to changes in crew availability and daily operational schedule variations.

It is also essential to liaise with the Training team to ensure that all Flight crew training requirements are achieved. Additionally, managing accommodation and transportation for crew movements, as well as ensuring all reports and support functions are actioned as per company and departmental policy.

Another key aspect of this role is maintaining excellent communication skills and having a high level of proficiency in MS Office and Excel packages.

Requirements:
  • Experience/knowledge of airline, transport or logistic operations (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working in a busy team-based, operationally focused environment
  • Customer-focused - able to manage people - interpersonal skills
  • Innovative with the ability to manage change within the Company's growth
  • Ability to use own initiative and experience to achieve and maintain maximum efficiency and productivity
