Flight Operations Coordinator

About this role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support and coordinate aeromedical and road-based non-emergency patient transports. This position will contribute to operational communications, dispatching crews, and supervising the day-to-day running of shifts including managing welfare and fatigue in accordance with policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Dispatching, coordinating, and supporting road and air personnel;
- Implementing actions that increase patients transported and appropriate transport decisions increasing aircraft and road crew utilisation;
- Receiving incoming calls and/or online bookings and facilitating patient transfers;
- Ensuring operational compliance and necessary incident reporting according to policies and procedures;
- Providing administration support, ensuring accurate data collection, invoicing, and reporting;
This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and conflicting priorities in a constantly changing environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with rostering software or highly developed computer skills, and preferably have experience in aeromedical/flight operations and/or road-based operations.
