We are seeking a skilled Flight Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to flight inquiries, and resolving date changes, schedule updates, name corrections, refunds, cancellations, and airline credits. They will also meet productivity KPIs while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process refunds through Sabre and third-party suppliers.
- Issue and reissue e-tickets via Sabre and consolidators.
- Manage Sabre schedule queues and action schedule changes efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate to relevant departments.
- Proven ability to excel in high-volume call and email environments.
- Strong Sabre skills, including advanced reservations and ticketing.
- Ability to issue, reissue, and refund complex flight tickets.
- Background in travel agency or airline customer service and ticketing.
- Experience with Genesys and Zendesk is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated individual who adapts quickly to new technology and processes.
