Flight Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Flight Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will respond to internal and external customer flight enquiries, including changes to dates, schedules, names, refunds, cancellations, and airline credits in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will meet quality and productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
  • You will process refunds through Sabre and third-party suppliers efficiently.
  • You will issue and reissue electronic tickets via Sabre and consolidators effectively.
  • You will manage Sabre schedule queues and execute schedule changes promptly.
  • You will provide a premium experience to our customers by resolving their queries and issues efficiently.
  • You will address customer complaints and escalate them to the relevant department as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • You should have proven ability to excel in a high-volume call and email environment.
  • You should possess strong experience with Sabre, including advanced reservations and ticketing systems.
  • You should be able to issue, reissue, and refund complex flight tickets accurately.
  • You should be skilled in constructing round-the-world fares.
  • You should have a background in travel agency or airline customer service and ticketing.
  • Prior experience with Genesys (calls) and Zendesk (emails) is beneficial.
  • You should have excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
  • You should possess exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You should be a self-starter who can quickly adapt to new technology and processes.
