We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop computing environment, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure hardware and software, including printers and mobile devices.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and end-users, providing clear and concise technical information.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work with diverse client groups.
  • Flexibility to work on demand, with ability to travel up to 20 miles as required.
