How You'll Shine

The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Resort Management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Resort. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ordering consumables, food, beverages, and linen
  • Reconciling daily banking and payments
  • Following up on outstanding documentation and tasks with each Head of Department
  • Assisting in conducting OH&S and Quality Assurance Audits
  • Providing general support throughout the property at the direction of the Resort General Manager
