Customer Support Specialist

Brandt is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Hastings. As a key member of our Parts and Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
About the Role:You will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers to offer information on Brandt parts and services.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's) related to parts and service sales.
- Assisting customers in identifying their parts and service needs accurately.
- Providing detailed information on Brandt parts, pricing, and service options.
- Collaborating with the service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
- Assisting customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommending appropriate service on the equipment needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service history in our CRM system.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or questions, and build long-term relationships.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest Brandt product releases, service offerings, and industry trends.

About You:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for agriculture equipment and excellent communication skills. If you have a strong understanding of heavy equipment parts, operations, and the agriculture industry, we encourage you to apply.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and the agriculture industry.
- Previous sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's record are required.
