About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our corporate office team. As the Office All-rounder, you will provide vital administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with Board meeting schedules, coordination, minutes, and other key corporate events.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and collaborate with teams to improve office operations.
  • Back-fill support for the finance team, processing accounts and invoices.
  • Maintain the supplier database and work with senior leaders to identify deficiencies.
  • Support community events and contribute to positive brand representation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and POS/purchasing systems.
  • A current and clear driver's license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
