Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong business acumen to ensure seamless site onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, including lead pipelines and data integration with partner programs.
  • Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders through regular progress updates and planning.
  • Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service to landowners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in business development, site acquisition and commercial property development.
  • A deep understanding of business strategy and origination processes.
  • Experience in forecasting, budget management and financial metrics analysis.
  • Proven ability to negotiate enterprise sales agreements and secure site access.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
