The Opportunity:

We are expanding our Sydney headquarters team to manage the external and internal financial accounting requirements of our global entities. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting for all entities within the LATAM region of our five regional hubs.

You will drive transformation as we centralise and standardise our accounting practices around the world. This role will be heavily involved in planning and executing transformation projects, while also managing the day-to-day accounting of the businesses within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate financial information for your region, and understand and explain the financial performance of the businesses in your region;
  • Manage a small team of direct reports and work closely with business leaders, auditors, and local advisors;
  • Drive transformation and standardisation of accounting practices across the region;
  • Work closely with other Regional and Corporate Accounting Managers on the management of Group level tasks.
