Senior Regional Partner Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional partner strategy to drive business growth and customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including the Big 4 consulting firms, to drive co-selling and co-delivery initiatives.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow our partner ecosystem.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with our partners, focusing on ServiceNow's four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.
- Ensure our partners have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects and meet their sales quotas.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or consulting, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with multiple sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem and drive business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success.
