Clinicians provide high-quality clinical services including risk assessment, intervention, referral, and case management to eligible clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress Reviews and Case Management:
Clinicians conduct reviews with clients on counselling progress and determine further approaches.
Confidential Client Files:Clinicians maintain confidential client files using the Client Management System.
Continuing Professional Development:Clinicians attend Continuing Professional Development activities to maintain professional registration.
Liaison and Teamwork:Clinicians liaise with Assistant Director and other Clinicians to review client cases.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and Trauma-Informed Care:
Clinicians have excellent interpersonal skills with competency in trauma-informed care.
Clinical Documentation and Communication:Clinicians can complete clinically appropriate intake assessments and documentation.
Judgement and Critical Incidents:Clinicians possess sound judgement and ability to respond to critical incidents.
