Employee Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert mental health services to our clients.

  • Deliver high-quality employee well-being programs, incorporating short-term counselling and psychological first aid strategies to address mental health concerns.
Key Requirements:
  • Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellor (ACA level 3 and above or PACFA full clinical membership)
  • Proficiency in short-term counselling and psychological first aid
  • Knowledge and experience in managing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face and/or telephone counselling sessions
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using digital platforms for effective time management
