
Senior People Development Specialist

About the Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a senior role in Sydney or Melbourne.

- Sales Exposure: Comfort with and desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired.
- Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5-8 years of experience (2 years+ in a consulting or corporate environment), ideally in a people-focused role, that may have included designing and running workshops.
- Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network, and opportunities to learn and grow.
- Ability to play an active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders, and delivering under tight timelines.
- A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player.
