National Human Resources Partner
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As a National Human Resources Partner, you will work closely with hospital General Managers to guide them in leading their teams with confidence, compliance, and care.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals, using data insights to drive engagement, retention, and performance. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives, as well as providing expert guidance on complex IR matters, awards, and EBAs.
Additionally, you will oversee learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and support professional growth, deliver programs that improve the employee experience, and lead organisational change while streamlining processes through HR systems and exploring automation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior HR role, combining both strategic and hands-on operational delivery. You will have strong knowledge of HR best practice, workplace legislation, relevant awards, and compliance regulations, as well as proficiency in HR systems and technologies.
