Senior People Risk Advisor

This is a critical role that will provide oversight and insights into people management risks across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people management risk oversight plan, ensuring the voice of risk is evident in all actions.
  • Provide specialist oversight and insights to influence strategic decisions and optimize the risk/reward balance.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, offering visibility and assurance about the organization's people risk posture.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in people risk, operational risk, or compliance advisory, preferably in a leadership or consulting capacity.
  • Formal education or certification in risk management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience with risk management methodologies and tools.
