Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and a strong workplace culture.

This role is responsible for partnering with leadership in designated portfolio areas to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, driving operational excellence, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures, as well as overseeing workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations, and work health and safety matters within designated portfolios.

Additional responsibilities include coaching senior leaders on organisational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on the talent strategy and operational plans, and providing day-to-day support on job ads, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, market mapping, and onboarding activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 4+ years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner position
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and change management
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and coach leaders at all levels
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to leverage analytics to improve processes and outcomes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of the organisation
