About this role

We are seeking a senior People Operations Specialist to drive the day-to-day cadence of our People Operations team. This role will report to the People Operations Manager and work closely with various stakeholders, including Operations, Talent, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and evolving the global onboarding process from acceptance to first day
  • Providing support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation
  • Building engaging tools for staff self-help
  • Managing staff performance, including probation management and performance cases
  • Developing Learning & Development activities and coaching people managers
  • Leveraging our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline and automate people processes

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive People experience, solid experience in performance management and employee relations, and a heavy commercial focus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to decipher between staff wants and needs and shape solutions accordingly.
