Leisure and Lifestyle Programs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our leisure and lifestyle programs, focusing on residents' health, wellbeing, and independence.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of person-first leisure and lifestyle programs, manage a team of wellbeing carers, and collaborate with other team members to plan and organise recreational activity programs.

  • Lead Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs in care homes
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) to align activities with individual needs

Key responsibilities include providing quality care and support, maintaining independence and mobility, and overseeing program delivery.

Required qualifications include Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or degree-level qualifications, previous experience in caring for the elderly, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
