We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team in providing leadership, coaching, and direction to residential teams.
- Assist in developing and implementing activities that promote social, recreational, cultural, and spiritual growth.
- Maintain a diverse suite of formal and informal group programs for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm and caring nature with respect for cultural diversity.
- Ability to work as a team and monitor residents' needs and wellbeing.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Ageing).
- Two years' experience working in an aged care or community environment.
- NDIS Worker screening number.
- Multilingual skills, especially Russian, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish (desirable).
