Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a Leisure and Lifestyle role. This rewarding position will see you play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering engaging leisure and lifestyle programs.

About the Role

As a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of resident-centered care plans. This will involve working closely with residents, their families, and other members of the care team to understand their needs and preferences.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all leisure and lifestyle programs are delivered in a safe and respectful manner. This will involve maintaining accurate records of program delivery, monitoring resident feedback, and making adjustments as needed.
