This role involves overseeing the delivery of Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs in our homes, promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through person-first recreational activities that foster holistic wellbeing.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of recreational activity officers, ensuring individual resident's needs are met, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or degree level qualifications, Senior First Aid Certificate, previous experience in a similar role caring for the elderly within an aged care setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
