**Job Title:** Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant. This role will provide an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by delivering engaging lifestyle programs.

About the Role:

This is a casual position available at our Mornington Home. As a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating lifestyle activities, improving consumer lifestyle quality and choices, and reporting to the Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive lifestyle reviews of each resident
  • Write care plans for individual residents on lifestyle
  • Lead a team of lifestyle staff to enhance the program for residents
  • Flexibility of hours to ensure coverage of lifestyle activities 7 days a week, evenings also
  • Strong ability to utilize community support programs
  • End of month reporting data analysis of the lifestyle program
  • Collation of surveys and audits of the activity program
  • Provision of education and support to lifestyle staff

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in Aged Care
  • Ability to provide education to staff on lifestyle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID & Influenza)
