We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Leisure and Lifestyle Professional to join our organization.
About the Role:
- Assist with designing, implementing, and evaluating lifestyle programs for residents.
- Collaborate with a team to develop new lifestyle options and enhance existing ones.
- Support the Lifestyle Coordinator in facilitating resident lifestyle choices while catering to individual needs.
- Provide support for volunteers and assist with professional care practices.
About You:
- Prior experience in creating and delivering lifestyle programs tailored to specific needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across changing work hours and adapt to new situations.
- Certificate-III in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is highly regarded.
