About the Role

This part-time position requires a highly skilled professional to work closely with clients in a trauma-informed manner. Key responsibilities include supporting client engagement and navigation through the National Redress process, increasing access to the National Redress Scheme, and building partnerships with community service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of feminist perspectives and client service frameworks. Relevant qualifications and experience are essential, including a minimum of two years in community engagement and case management.

Key Requirements
  • A relevant community services qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years (full time equivalent) of community engagement/development and case management experience.
  • Exceptional emotional competence when operating in a high demand trauma environment.
