Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Provide clinical counselling services for guests of our Residential Program
Deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment programs
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support guests during their residential stay
Coordinate guest support, case management, and family engagement where required
Contribute to positive treatment outcomes within a recovery-focused model
About You
Our programs are residential-based, and we're looking for someone who brings:
Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
Clinical experience across a variety of treatment modalities, particularly with trauma and addiction presentations
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative therapeutic relationships
Flexibility and adaptability in working with individuals and families
A current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
