About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at the Sports Bar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives, manage budgets, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
