About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Premium Gaming Rooms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring that all outlets meet our high standards.
  • Assist the leadership team in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Set performance objectives for team members and supervise the service flow to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
  • Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
  • Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a thorough understanding of RSA compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results.
