We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Live Wire, a dynamic live entertainment venue in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
