Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Collaborate with Food and Beverage management leaders to execute the day-to-day operations of our Spice Central Kitchen and Bar.
    • Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests' expectations.
    • Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique, and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events.
  • Team Management
    • Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
    • Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations and events roles within the hotel industry.
    • Experience in Conference and Events an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English on a business level.
    • Ability to work within a team and build rapport with all departments in the business.
    • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Project a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems.
    • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • Availability and Work Requirements
    • Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts.
    • Unlimited working rights in Australia a must. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
